Enrolment Form for Instrumental & Vocal Tuition
Conditions of Enrolment:
- During the course of a private term, one lesson may be cancelled without loss on the proviso that 24 hours notice is given.
- Subsequent lessons cancelled will be charged for; an alternative lesson will be offered where possible
- Exception to the above may be granted in extenuating circumstances
- Due to the nature of class lessons, cancellation may not be made without loss.
- Total cancellation of all remaining lessons during a term will incur an administration fee of $15
- Lessons must be paid for in advance to secure both appointed lesson time and discounted fee
- Students are expected to be punctual at all times
